Inspiration and Design

In line with the Maya Principle, the ME1/01 strikes a balance between futuristic form and familiar comfort. Its slimmer, more rounded case reflects SEVENFRIDAYs design evolution, while the dials layered construction brings mechanical depth and intrigue.

Dial and Case Details

The case measures 44 44.5 mm and features a grooved bezel accented with blue Berlac lacquer. Three cut-out sapphire crystal segments add visual complexity, while a five-layer dial combines rhodium-cut panels, lacquered details in blue, and engraved pointers at 12 and 9 oclock.

Hours and minutes are indicated via rotating discs, giving the watch a distinctive and dynamic way of showing time.

The watch is paired with a black calf leather strap, stitched tone-on-tone, secured by a stainless steel butterfly clasp. The caseback also houses SEVENFRIDAYs NFC chip for authentication.

Movement and Technology

Inside beats the TMI NH70 skeleton automatic calibre, offering around 41 hours of power reserve. The partially openworked movement reveals its mechanics beneath the dial, reflecting SEVENFRIDAYs industrial design DNA.
